Such a great podcast to help make sense of nutrition and health. I feel like I can start to be in the drivers seat understanding my health markers and how to manage them rather than just being given medication and an inevitably poor trajectory. There’s soo much hope to put good health back into...Read full review »

I’m a 53 year old woman who has recently started taking Oestrogen and progesterone. Yesterday I was told I am prediabetic. I am slim, walk 5-6 miles or more daily and I don’t drink or smoke. This came as a shock. I’m desperately trying to work out why this has happened to me and listening to this...Read full review »

When I was first diagnosed with T2 diabetes, I listened to a ten part webinar series by Dr. Mowill. I rarely make it through a couple of educational webinars and yet I listened to all 10 because it’s such valuable information. He doesn’t dumb it down and gives you the facts you need to take control.

So glad this podcast is back. It gets to the point and doesn’t drown in forever on the subject for the day. Dr. Mowll keeps the interviews focused on the topic and always brings up something that I feel I can work with in my T2DM life. I am in my early 30s, a mom of 2, and I maintain a healthy weight.
