Thank you Andrew for your amazing podcast. Being able to tap into the non-technical skills of some of the best intensivists is incredibly useful and refreshing. This is perfect for my hour commute to work. A wealth of information on important areas that are not traditionally ‘academic’ yet arguably more useful to patients and ourselves in my opinion. I go into work buzzing with new ideas.

Andrew - I’m a new ICU consultant also doing PhD and these podcasts are priceless. I’ve adopted many of the ideas from the masters. And to hear about how to make work and life balance is brilliant - all this condensed advice from people who know. I also love the humility they all have despite...Read full review »

Wonderful podcast that gives you an insight in some of the best minds in intensive care. It is not so much focused on specific techniques or procedures but more on equally important topics like communication, career, mental health. Really important stuff! Thank you very much for your work!
