Enda admits that in his past he was 'dying by slow motion suicide' due to his excessive weekly drinking of 3+ bottles of whisky and wine per week. In this interview he discusses surviving his hell on earth and how he managed to turn it all around, finding his purpose preventing others from falling into similar pitfalls.

I'm thrilled to bring you this weeks episode and share so many words of wisdom from the wonderful BiBi Baskin - an expert in health and wellness. BiBi is a former RTE and BBC presenter and is known as the first Irish woman to have her own T.V Talk show.
