This podcast not only provides great content but it is extremely engaging.

I honestly came across this podcast through the pure twist of timing and exactness many people consider chance. A couple weeks ago I was in the midst of a week long dopamine detox (which in short is just no social media, tv, netflix, youtube, alcohol, sweets, etc.) and I needed to find some form...Read full review »

I’m such a podcast head and it’s the first time I’m writing a review! Just wanted to say that I’m so glad I found this podcast. Even if you’re not interested in startup business per se, it’s filled with anecdotes, insider knowledge, stories and ideas from the guests who, besides being very...Read full review »

Hi Reid, I’m a little late to the party and just started at episode 1. Some great takeaways from your interview with Brian Chesky. - engage with your early users - ask then what the products needs to be for them to tell everyone (assess responses selectively) - do things by hand until they need...Read full review »

Masters of Scale was recommended to me by one of my business mentors. In turn I now recommend it to anybody and everybody that wants to talk to me about business. Reid is a super calming speaker and I always feel better and more confident after listening to an episode. Thank you to Reid and...Read full review »

Of course great content and interviews but the sound effects and scripting just make it way too overproduced. There’s a reason colloquial podcasts are the most popular.

The best Business podcast out there by far, doesn’t matter if you are a Startup founder a CEO or a curious dude who works at Pizza Hat, this podcast will make you more educated and inspire as well as give you motivation to scale ! Just listening to the convo between Reid and Peter; 8min in after some general remarks, sound effects, a sponsorship intersection and repeating intros, maybe apply blitz scaling to your podcast and get to the point somewhat faster?

I love this podcast. It’s very interesting to learn the backstories of startups and how founders managed crises. My only feedback is to capture more stories from non-American startups. I’m an American based in Singapore, and there are so many interesting startups popping up across Asia.

Really well-edited, hight quality, humorous. Reid and his team invite really high-quality guests that can’t be found anywhere else. I highly recommend

This is a podcast about biz? Seems like an amateur dance mix. Easy on the sound FX, Reed! You are ruining your product.

Between the sponsors and the time traveling theatrics I couldn’t get through one episode. I’m sure these founders and CEOs have great stories but the setup of the show and the host’s voice just didn’t do it for me. Won’t be listening again.

Started well...headed towards excellent...then became over-produced and is often is unbearably woke. Be good to have more useful insights and less sanctimonious politicking. Reid Hoffman is excellent.

I have been trying to listen to the first few episodes and it sounds like they let a child with red bull and 25 pounds of sugar run the controls. No not everything that is said needs a sound affect, music on repeat or a voice over.

When you’re interviewing someone like Robert F. Smith, and you have inauguration music in the background when he starts a story about MLK, it’s distracting. When the content is good, you don’t need all the other bells and whistles.

I suffered through two episodes of this podcast because I liked the guest. Sloooow, boring narrations. SOO many cut-in narrations — the interview itself was probably 5 minutes long, but it was repeated and interrupted so many times to stretch it out into two 30 minute episodes. Please just sit...Read full review »

Love the content but wish the host would either speak less and let the guest do more talking or at least speed up his speech 1.5x.

Potentially great content ruined by the host's hubris. Adding commentary is one thing but OMG, are the guests just filler to go in between Reid's musings? If you're going to do an interview - actually let the interview get some air time.Read full review »

Tried to really get the essence from Angela Ahrendts but the host or the voice is super annoying. I know that should be different buy this is not a crime-scene-investigation plot narration. I tried to glue those pieces together but all disruptions just ruined the whole experience. Awful.

Too many ads. The host keeps explaining what the guest will say next. They chop the interviews, shuffle them and play it. It’s impossible to keep track who is the guest speaking. Guest are high caliber, but the show is a mess. 👎🏻
