The working time compliance issues, noting that the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997 applies to employers in the same way regardless of whether working remotely or in the office. The data privacy concerns that employers are facing now in dealing with employees on long-term remote working. Episode 45: will be returning to the normal format and will review interesting decisions issued in recent weeks in regard to reasonable accommodation following the Nano Nagle Supreme Court decision from last year and how the WRC is now applying it.
