I started listening cause I have felt somewhat lost since having my daughter who is 8 months now, I listened to this and it made me relax and realise being afraid of being seen as only a mum is a normal feeling and I shouldn’t feel guilty for wanting to do and be more while being the best mum. I’m so excited for the next episode x keep em coming

Love most of Mamamia’s podcasts but this has not hit the mark unfortunately. I really wanted to like it as I think the topic is so important. But it’s very heavily scripted. It doesn’t come across as natural and most of the time sounds like the host is reading a script word for word from a page someone handed her just before the show.
