Despite The Disdain for Indiana Jones
Austin has such a way with descriptive word painting. I have fallen in love with his beautiful narative. The playful banter between this husband and wife is extremely entertaining. A very wholesome and family friendly podcast. And I love the small windows into their personal life. (btw Fryingpan is such an great cat name). I am inspired as an amatuer DM with the way these two play one-on-one, I've been taking notes on how they do it so I can try it with my fiancee. The more serious truth (per the request to the listenership), my only true problem with the podcast is simply of the audio. The quality is recorded very well but the volumes of each of them should be adjusted. Gwenyth is a loud person, it's part of her charm but I dislike having to turn down the volume each time she laughs. So her mic needs to be turned down or Austins needs to be turned up so I don't have to keep adjusting to hear him. Other than that, everything is off to a great start. Good job you two, keep it up. -Chief_DingoRead full review »
