it’s not bad..
Everyone is just kind of insecurely laughing through their opinion? It’s kind of weird. I’ve only listened to 2 episodes but no one sounds very genuine or like they are actually friends. The dynamic and energy is super strange. I was listening to the “where the crawdads sing” episode and the one girl who actually likes the book seems like she’s too uncomfortable to actually defend why she likes the book so she keeps bringing up odd unfunny half joking points. Like defend the book if you like it but have some conviction. It’s all very wishy washy and I probably won’t listen again.

This is such a fun podcast! These ladies are hilarious. I feel like I know them. I haven’t read any of the books they’ve talked about but it’s still fun to listen. One question though: why don’t they just get the books from the library?!

I appreciate the honesty these friends have with each other and how they can all agree to disagree, call each other out when needed and have...Read full review »
