The Podcast that EMS Professional Needs to Hear
MedicMindset is hands down the absolute best podcast out there for EMTs & paramedics (and I would venture to say anyone else involved in EM care). This podcast fills a gap that is left somewhere in between the clinical information shared in the best high-level critical care podcasts out there & the thoughts that we have as medics on a day-to-day basis. Ginger tackles the human factors of EMS care in a way that makes you feel as if you are riding back from a call with two of the very best & most respected medics in the world, privy to listen in on their deepest conversations. If you are a seasoned paramedic, an EMS educator, or someone who has just signed up for their first EMT class, subscribe to this podcast & start listening. You will be hooked. This podcast will open your eyes, be good for your heart, encourage you to think & question your own beliefs & assumptions, and make you feel love & appreciation towards your job again if you have started to lose your fire. “Be like Ginger” needs to be our new mantra in EMS. She has no doubt single-handedly changed the future of the EMS provider mindset for the better.

I was recommended to listen to the Chest Pain episode by my colleague in March 2019 and I’ve been hooked since. I’m usually listening to this in the car on route to work or with my note pad to hand and taking notes, fantastic range of clinicians sharing info and tips. Highly recommended!
