Enjoy this daily meditation with Meditate 365. Happiness is a feeling, not a destination. Just like all other feelings, it will pass. It isn't a good life goal to be happy, that is unsustainable. All feelings come and go. Set a more realistic goal of living free of anxiety, being able to respond instead of reacting when you feel anger, to be content. These are better goals than being happy.
