“Very good podcast. Needs a little more direction and some new episodes wouldn't hurt. Guided imagery really works if you can find the correct person and correct meditations. These episodes are on the way.”

“Recorded at too low a bit rate creating distracting digital anomalies. Rapid level changes in the music track between sentences are also distracting. All in all. it does a poor job of staying out of the way while allowing meditation. Two stars because it doesn't cost (otherwise it would be one.)”
