Great way to start a Saturday
One of the most difficult things I struggle with is comparing myself to others. With the barrage of messages from online media sources, I have a fear of missing out or comparing myself to another. Millman says “you can’t control outcomes but can control efforts.” The idea of what’s in it for me is not good for all concerned or making “us” better. Recognizing the 3 stages of life is helpful to me as well: childhood, adolescence and adulthood. Unfortunately, some of us never escape the first two stages of life.

Bryan is masterful in his delivery & the guests he brings on are always epic. I suggest his podcast for the men in my men’s groups & retreats! He specializes in relationships but covers all areas of life. Really valuable & highly recommended!
