“I've been v depressed and feel myself sliding back into The Black Abyss and the show has shook me up and reminded me of the tools I know I have under my belt and helped me get back under my feet.
Only complaints-- I wish there was more details on the interviewees (?), I apparently _do_ live under a rock and don't know some of the celebrities.
But really great. The first show gave me the feeling several times of the host knowing exactly how I felt. And yes it's such a relief to to be re-reminded that others suffer from such a debilitating disease but he just named some thing very specific that I didn't been remember know were part of depression. The compulsive behavior bc that's the things that gave me a little bit of happiness and making it part of my disease... that and other things really resonated with me.
