Denise and Jordan take on the listener voted topic of Parental Relationships. Denise starts off recapping her Thanksgiving weekend and the loss of her sweet family dog, Sadie. She then talks about how her relationship with her Dad has struggled over the past few years and how hard that has been. Jordan reflects on her relationship with her parents and how lucky she is that they all get along so well but reveals that it hasn’t ALWAYS been that way. She talks about the time in her life when she especially struggled to connect with her Mom and how they moved through that. Denise talks about her Mom and how she is gladly accepting the organic evolution of their relationship recently. This episode was an emotional roller coaster for the ladies but it felt so good to talk about this subject!
