Learning different perspectives of mental strength
I first stumbled upon Amy’s work when I came across her Tedx talk on YouTube. It was inspiring and really helped me especially during that period of time as I was attempting to figure out how to continue my personal development as a young adult. It was at that point I eventually came across her first book, and have read it several times throughout last couple of years to review the “13 things” and it’s application in my own life. Moving forward to the present time, I was excited upon hearing that she was coming out with a podcast, and to be honest to here the different perspectives of the diversity of guests has been comforting as it’s provided many examples of mental strength and it’s applications through many life roles. I look forward to continue listening to this podcast as it continues to promote mental strength. I recommend anyone to give it a listen, as there is always something to learn or even reinforce for what we do for our mental strength. Thank you Amy!!!
