Loved 5 Mental Strength Couch Exercises
I listened to 5 Mental Strength Exercises you can do from your couch. I especially loved the idea of writing a kind letter to yourself. I became tearful just thinking about it. I struggle with perfectionism and am so hard on myself that I realized how I allow my negative self-talk to dominate my thinking. I allow my feelings about myself to be driven by my perceived performance of the day. I am inspired to flip the narrative and become a self-encourager. Thank you for the inspiration!
