Description
The Huffington Post says 47% of us experience some type of chronic pain. From fibromyalgia to back pain, IBS, or migraines, recurring symptoms can make life, well, painful! It doesn’t have to be that way and you can get rid of chronic pain in as fast as 90 days. Most chronic pain is caused by inflammation. Certain substances in food and food additives can trigger an inflammation response in the body, leading to chronic pain. Even foods considered “healthy” such as dairy or cocoa, contain proteins that can lead to inflammation. Imagine how it would feel to be free from those symptoms that just will not go away. By its definition, chronic pain cannot be treated by medication, but only temporarily relieved. By eliminating foods you are sensitive to, it is possible to stop the inflammation response and become pain free. Isn’t it worth a try? After all, the worst thing that can happen is nothing. This week we talk with Dr. Dan Twogood (http://danieltwogood.com/), chiropractor and author of the book “Chronic Pain Gone 90 Days (http://shop.chronicpaingone90days.com/)”. In his 30 years of practice he has helped countless patients become pain free by identifying and eliminating foods that are the underlying cause of their pain. Tune in as we learn how chronic pain can simply and easily be gone from the body. As always, you’ll find lots of recipes, healthy eating, and cooking tips on Chef Tom’s blog, The Confidence Diet (http://www.theconfidencediet.com/).
