Listen now
Description
Of course we all understand how a stressful experience can put us in anxious mood. A tough day at work or an argument with a spouse are typical examples. But what about the daily life stresses that we might take for granted? How do they impact our bodies electrical system and what affect does that have on long term health? An overload of stress can lead to feelings of overwhelm, or inappropriate responses to normal situations. Everything from our culture’s fast pace to the air we breathe, the foods we eat, and the water we drink can contribute to an excess of positive charges in our bodies. This feeling of being a “live wire” needs to be counteracted by providing complentary negative charges to ground us. This week we talk with Marshall Thompson, Certified Natural Health Practitioner, from Natural Grocers (http://www.naturalgrocers.com/nutrition/ask-a-question), a health food chain in the western U.S. With a background in Applied Kinesiology, Marshall helps clients balance their electrical currents to control an excess of positive charges in the body. Tune in to learn how the stresses of everyday life can lead to feeling wired and how to manage them so your true light can shine into the world. Of course you will also hear great food ideas to help keep your electrical system running smoothly.
