Excellent podcast. I thoroughly enjoy watching the development of our two fantastic host’s (hosts’?) thoughts on the star of the show: decaying liberalism. We start the show laughing at a by-gone age of peak liberalism wondering how it is that the same set of ideas still dominates a large section of our public discourse and, more importantly, how they let us fall of 2 massive cliffs (08’,16’). Now - in its 4th year - our hosts come to terms with whats just happened, namely that the same machine has successfully thwarted liberal capitalism’s only possible heroes in disguise, Corbyn & Sanders. In this new era the hosts ask what is next for the Biden’s, Macrons and Swinsons to destroy? In brief, this podcast is comforting. Comforting to know there are people across the world watching a group of very powerful privileged, entitled & reckless people with the same sense of dread and amazement.

Blame Canada. Funny, insightful discussion of politics in films, docos and TV. US-centric and all the better for it.
