Middle Way Method
The Middle Way Method Podcast explores the nuance in all things health & fitness!⁣ ⁣ The Middle Way Method is a mindset in avoiding extremes. It does away with the “all or nothing” and “this or that” narrative that is extremely prevalent in the health and fitness industry. ⁣ ⁣ This Method is a paradigm shift. It is an invitation to embrace nuance and hold seemingly opposing truths simultaneously. The Middle Way Method podcast is a forum to discuss health and fitness topics from this Middle Way perspective.

Excellent
Loved it, I've also had the same struggle with the anti-diet world versus the diet-culture world. There has to be some middle ground and I totally have accepted yet rejected both at the same time. The dialectic is real. Brilliant Saralyn.Read full review »

Exceptional podcast!
Really enjoy the nuance here around sensitive topics. I’ve listened to other podcasts around health and wellness that were obviously giving bad takes just for shock value/listens. MWM is not that! The host does a great job diving into the nitty gritty of this stuff, which I love!
