Too good
I joined the hype train when I heard about it on Critical Role, and holy GOODNESS this is a good podcast. Make no mistake, this is the greatest improv media has ever seen. Listen. To. It. It’s a masterpiece in story, characters, and setting. All of threes things are complex, dynamic, and evolving constantly in ways even I can’t predict. The attention to detail is astounding, the narrators engaging, and I love the fresh take on a fictional work. I’m sad that it’s almost over. I’m excited to see where the narrators go next, though.

The back-and-forth narration ruins it for me; just pulls me out of the story as it’s hard to follow like this.

Midst starts slowly. And I found the narrative style a challenge at first. But I gave it a shot and I’m glad I did. The characters, story, and mystery are engaging. I look forward to the new episode every Wednesday.
