Mindspace Mayo is a free and confidential support service for young people’s mental health and wellbeing. Mindspace’s aim is to support young people aged 15-25 who are going through a difficult time to ensure they get the support they need.We aim to open up a discussion on mental health and raise people’s awareness of the support that Mindspace Mayo can offer. We also work to improve the support available to young people by connecting with the many organisations throughout the county.
