It's no longer enough to play "victim" to the old strongarm methods of the carriers. You need to take control of your business operations and validate your compensation by following an effective process of disassembly, discovery, research & complete OE recommended (or required) repairs, including all calibrations and safety procedures. By taking these steps, you'll be part of the solution to the challenges that come with running a modern-day collision repair business.
