Be Curious, Be Mindful
Listen now
Description
In this episode I talk about engaging in curious thinking as a way to be mindful.  If we can tap into the curiosity that we are all born with that can help us to to live mindfully.  Ask yourself questions about how you are feeling, what sensations you have in your body, notice things around you from this lens of curiosity.  As we get curious about ourselves and what is around us we are kept in the present moment and therefor practicing mindfulness.  Practicing mindfulness with children on the otherhand, can help them to keep the natural curiosity.  Listen in to learn more and hear about a three part series that will begin this Thursday.  To learn more about mindfulness listen to episode 2 https://anchor.fm/kelly-winkler/episodes/What-is-mindfulness-eelhv7
