Kathryn is great at learning and then discerning what is the most valuable information and perspectives to platform, and then asking intelligent questions. The podcast covers everything from the science of movement (strength training, yoga, aerobics, etc.) to the health impact of exercise to the cultural and social considerations such as body politics and justice in the movement space.”
