This has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts to listen to! I love the content and the topics covered as well as the experts interviewed - I’ve recently been reviewing Nir Eyal’s Indistractable and he was your most recent interview! I’m grateful for the guidance provided by the podcast for...Read full review »

I enjoy this podcast greatly, Nick has well thought out questions and I take something away from each episode to improve my self awareness. The conversations are engaging and psychology terms are explained clearly. Nick is also an amazing writer too :)

This podcast seems to get better with each episode. The guests are unique and the show is different than the typical “interview show.”

I came across this podcast by chance and am really enjoying it! It’s both easy to follow and intellectually stimulating. I also like how humble Nick is about his own experience as a therapist. Highly recommended!

The Morita (or something like that) Therapy video changed my outlook on life. 5 days into Nick content, and already one of my fave psychologists. I appreciate you

The conversation between Nick and his guests feels like friends talking with each other about things that matter to them. It is a great way for me to get mindless housework done while being exquisitely entertained and educated as well.

Thank god, not 'motivational' nonsense, but real discussions by those who have spent decades researching, teaching and practicing psychological approaches that can really help. Recommended. Sometimes you might want to skip to the 'in a nutshell' ending but don't, listen...Read full review »

Discovered Minds & Mics via LinkedIn. I really enjoyed the written article 4 Things Good Listeners Never Do and thought a podcast would be even better. I am so happy to have discovered and shared with friends and family. I appreciated the introductory 2020 show on What is Mindfulness...Read full review »

The podcast to listen to if you’re interested in gaining practical, everyday tools to help you live a more conscious, thoughtful and joyous life :) I end each episode having learned something new (and useful!), eager (and prepared!) to attempt that practice in my daily routine.

I only ever listened to podcasts in my car until I found this one. But the one with Thomas Horvath on addiction was so good that it replaced my music in the gym. What I like most, however, is the perfect mix of knowledge, tone, and humour throughout all the episodes. Looking forward to following...Read full review »

The podcast on hypnosis was surprisingly interesting and informative. New podcasts can be a hit or miss, but Nick seems to bring a good balance of quality recording plus helpful tools in understanding mental health. I look forward to hearing more from him in the future.
