Simple Mind Exercises to Change Your Perspective
This podcast is great! They are about 20 to 30 minutes long, so long enough to go in depth, but not too long as to become a huge burden in your day. The exercises and tips are easy to implement and hugely impactful. Ana is nothing short of a genius. In a word where everyone is too busy, too stressed, too EVERYTHING, Ana is a great reminder of the importance on self-work and commitment to your mental health. The Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this podcast for anyone looking for a fresh perspective on life.
