I’m three episodes in. The guests have been amazing, coming at the issue from very different places and perspectives. The show starts a bit fluffy and then gets deep quickly. Really neat approach to normalizing an uncomfortable topic.

I was stunned to hear this episode by Helgi! Absolutely agree with his take on a more positive culture to disperse this major issue we have. The interview was both professional and yet informal. Brilliant! I will keep listening.

The Mind/work podcast with Jasmine El-Gamal is addressing issues of work related stress and mental health. Finally a podcast that unpacks a very topical issue that many are trying to ignore. A very informative podcast that is also very interesting to listen to. I enjoyed the conversational style and the quality of the guests.

This is such an important topic that is often left undiscussed due to the almost taboo nature of the issue. The host has a soothing, beautiful voice. Interesting guests. Looking forward to more!
