蠻特別的!
我大在瑜珈課有類似的被引導經驗, 但不知道這算是冥想、催眠的一種。 昨天聽第二集,後來真的睡著了⋯ 希望未來還有更多不同的主題, 也希望有機會能跟作者認識, 想體驗真正的催眠。
