Aaron rewinds the previous session a bit to flesh out the showdown between Warburton and Junie, Aubrey, and Yakima.

Junie, Aubrey, and Yakima are about to find themselves in the belly of the beast... whether that's literal or figurative is still up for debate. Regardless, a showdown with Warburton is coming and it's going to be one stag do you don't want to get an invitation for.

With everything in Mount Shasta circling around Aubrey La Strega, it's only fitting that she finds herself in the middle of the struggle over the mountain. An old foe has returned with an offer that Aubrey can't refuse... if she wants to stay alive.

Aletta Rosetti has asked the trio for a little quid pro quo - she'll work to get the fuzz off of Junie, Yakima, and Aubrey if they'll investigate whatever strange phenomenon is working against her and her attempt to purchase the Mount Shasta Country Club. What happens next is a crash course on why you shouldn't let a daredevil plan your surveillance activities.

After tackling a... meat weasel... and dispatching with a rather perfidious padre in an explosive fashion, Junie, Aubrey, and Yakima - understandibly - have brought quite a bit of unwanted attention to themselves. It's common knowledge that it's never a good idea to return to the scene of a crime.
