Wonderful podcast for runners
I just discovered this podcast and it is great. Lots of good topics and I like her easy, but informative way of talking to us. And like all great coaches, she is always encouraging us to improve the way we run and enjoy every moment out there on the road/trail.

Listened to the first 3 and they are very clear and concise (as well as precise). Debbie suggests they are for average standard exeprienced runners but I think they are good for beginners as well. Downloading the rest as I type this.

I have really enjoyed listening to the information provided in this podcast. It is also great to know that it is coming from an enthusiastic seasoned athlete who knows what she is talking about. This is the first time that anyone has explained the running cadence & rpm's to me.Read full review »
