Love these meditations
I have been meditating for over two years now and generally use the Calm app (Which I love) but I have really enjoyed mixing these in to my routine and they would be great for anyone looking for regular guidance in meditation. Molly’s voice is soft and soothing. 😊

One of my friends recommended this podcast to me when I told her I was trying to start a new habit of meditating every morning. I’m so happy she recommended it! It definitely starts my morning out on a positive note and I carry that with me throughout the day.
