Heather swears, and so do you.
Listening to this podcast is one of the most life jarring things that you could do for yourself. I highly recommend starting with ep 197. As a mother of four I find many of the topics relatable. She gives strategies to implement tactics into my parenting and they all work when used consistently. (Shocker!) This is a woman who wants you to succeed, so grab some headphones and get ready to look in your emotional mirror. Besides, it’s way less offensive than any romance novel on the shelf.

I’ve been loving this Podcast for about a year, but finally took the time to rate and review today. Sorry it took me so long! Heather, you’ve been the extra push and motivation I’ve needed to keep me on track with my goals and get me back on track after a slip. Thank you for doing what you do!
