Brilliant and relaxing
Fab, using these alongside Mark William’s Frantic World Course - i really appreciate that a mindful “warm-up” is included in the longer mediations, for example in loving kindness. It makes it way easier to do 20 minutes of meditation when it is all on one uninterrupted track.

Life changing
I love this podcast so much. I have anxiety and adhd so my thoughts are all over the place and there’s a million of them. These episodes + techniques ground me and make me feel in control 🧡 I could listen to them for hours
