Her voice is soothing and easy to understand, even when explaining complex topics. Subscribe and skim the list of past podcasts. I'll eat my hat if you don't find at least a few topics that directly relate to your own situation. Then I'll eat my shoe if you don't learn something helpful after listening to them!
