S3 E15
Great podcast except for the sentencing episode, which was highly biased mostly featured interviews from people in support of parole. Also, a left wing law professor was interviewed who argued that mandatory life w/o parole shouldn’t exist for any offender, which is frighteningly naive and ignorant. The very reason we need mandatory life is precisely because parole boards are NOT competent enough to make those determinations, which has been proven time and time again. Public safety is of no real concern to this individual. Additionally, whether or not someone will reoffend is not the only consideration in determining someone’s sentence, either. These misguided sentiments are always expressed by those who have never been a victim of violent crime. And for this reason, their dangerous views should be disregarded.

Great podcast, well told and easy to listen to. Plus no heavy background music.

Don’t let the other comments fool you, this season is well produced and the host did a great job. It’s worth a listen if you liked the other seasons. Always loved the approach Monster have vs the other true crime shows. Keep it up
