My Besties
People complain about the “sidebars” but I love it because it’s exactly how a conversation with my girlfriends would go. It makes it easier to listen when there are light hearted breaks from the absolute horrors that are so thoroughly researched and reported. I have also seen complaints that the show has shifted from its original format of being hyper focused on the victims and their stories. I think the proper amount of respect for victims is still given and things change. If you’re not evolving then you’re not doing something right. I’m a long time listener (from the underwater days- iykyk) and I listen at this point for my love of the personalities and the content they create. I do miss the cryptids and listener tales but you can only get so much of that kind of content and I can’t imagine the amount of work that goes into vetting all the submissions for listener tales. Overall love! 💜
