MTLP 5 star show!
As a massage therapist by trade who is certified to teach movement and just has a strong passion training , this is hands down one favorite podcasts to queue up. Tim and Michelle do a great job not only hosting the show with interesting , important and relatable topics but also are highly respected in their fields and have some of the best guest speakers on the show. This podcast helps give access to multiple perspectives, experiences and reframes . Anyone who works with people in some sort of physical capacity would benefit greatly from this podcast. That goes for those both in pain , those who work with pain clientele / patients or athletes/ regular joes not necessarily under the pain category too. Highly suggest tuning in!

The hosts are fun, witty, and clearly know their stuff. I learn so much each episode, and they bring in some really cool guests too. I love listening to it while I do my day job of designing septic tanks.

The conversations are thoughtful and do a great job at...Read full review »
