PAUSE And in this quiet space, become aware of your crown chakra at the top of your head. PAUSE And the more aware you become, the more you feel its buzzing with divine life, an energy that defies  three-dimensional words. PAUSE Breathe. Breathe into the crown chakra, and feel its pull upward. Beyond the sky. Beyond space. Up to the Divine.
