An easy way to make meditation a part of your routine
I hate meditation. I’m not good at it. I’d like to be better so am trying this podcast as a way to ease into it. It is about 10 minutes and even I can find that time. Each one leads you through a topic. I started with the series on resolutions. It is helping me make this a habit. It looks like there are 10 podcasts in the family so if you prefer one to help you go to sleep, they have that too! Check them out.
