“I love this podcast and you will too! I’ve tried so many different meditation apps/podcasts and I always have the same concerns: it all starts to feel the same AND they’re way too long. These are short 5-10 minute mediations that I can do every morning. They feel different because Katie is a dynamic guide. Each meditation has a different theme, which helps my mind to wander less.
