“I stumbled across Dr. Stephey's podcast while researching migraines. I had migraines that no doctor or naturopath could solve. I had tried meds and all sorts of options. Dr. Stephey was in another state and it was during the pandemic. No easy traveling option. But I heard him mention primitive reflexes in some of his podcasts. I started researching more and started reflex integration therapy via an online program. It's not a quick fix, but 6 months into the therapy, my migraines are pretty much gone and I am looking forward to other improvements that the therapy provides.
