“My family think I’ve shown incipient symptoms for a couple of years, a couple of falls, insecure walking, and occasional dyspraxia. The Parkinsonism diagnosis was a couple of months ago, initiated by a comment made by a physio at my local falls clinic who’d commented to my GP that she’d noticed 'festination' in my gait. I’d be grateful if the podcast could comment on their experience of walking, as that is at the moment my main problem.
