Details and accounts fictionalized for effect
I enjoy the stories on this broadcast, and they are well presented however, it seems to be extensive detail that would be impossible for her to uncover? How people are feeling, which way they glanced in a room, dialogue, what someone ordered for breakfast or said to a waitress or said behind closed doors, etc. There’s just far too many minor details and embellishments to the narrative? These details could not have been documented. Are the stories fictionalized for effect? Just curious.

The diagnosis is given to the audience before the last four minutes. I find this extraordinarily annoying. Episodes are fascinating, but this one element makes me grind my teeth.
