Warwickshire firefighter Tony Dumbleton helped save the life of American police officer Andrew Dahring, after he was injured during a mass shooting in Las Vegas in 2017. Samanda Ford, aka "the queen of positivity" was never one to miss a party - even her own funeral wake. The charity fundraiser and radio agony aunt was diagnosed with colon cancer in late 2017, and last summer was told she had just months to live.
