“This is a truly awful way to tell sad but compelling tales of criminal acts. Of course it’s disrespectful but somehow the lighthearted touch makes time pass even more slowly. The worse culprit is Iain who sadly genuinely believes he’s funny as he cracks schoolboy jokes around other people’s misfortune. I suspect it could be quite good if the only adult in the room, Laura, was on her own.”
