Fiction sold as fact
This podcast is fun to listen to. The production is good. The story is well spun. The problem is that these people are trying to tell a true story whilst ignoring the facts. Because there are so many of these true crime show going around now, every young journalist thinks they can free the Hurricane. They talk about crimes that are completely unrelated and they turn former investigators’ unwillingness to enter into discourse into some sort of conspiracy of ignorance. They do no favour for any party, and they only reinforce the opinion of the majority that journalists are nothing but narcissistic obfuscators.
