Just alright
This is far from a “True Crime” podcast. I was blinded with the allure of the title “Murderville,” only to be disappointing by listening to a podcast probably produced by a bunch of snowflakes. I’m not saying there are no injustices here, but the podcast is mainly about feelings; interviews about how they felt about the investigation.

It’s missing some element I can’t quite put my finger on. The story is tragic and interesting, the host does her job well...it’s just sort of flat somehow. It shouldn’t be, the story is there but it needs something.

Meh
Not bad story telling, but too biased to be good journalism. Also, while the right person should certainly be jailed for the crime, it’s really, really hard to be sorry that Devonia is spending his life in prison. He choked a girl in CA at 16, beat on another girl to the point that his family...Read full review »
