Why all the foul language?
Mike is very knowledgeable and has great ideas and passion for what he does. However, I cannot for the life of me understand why he needs to use so much foul language during his podcasts. There have been several times when I would have liked to share one of the podcasts with my 12-year old son who is a competitive athlete, but I cannot because the podcasts are littered with f-bombs or other inappropriate language. I also cannot listen at my desk at work without having to use headphones for the same reason. Curse words are a crutch for the ignorant who lack the vocabulary to properly express themselves. Mike is not ignorant, so I don’t understand why he feels those words are necessary. 5 stars for the information. 1 star for language. So 2.5 stars average. And unfortunately I will unsubscribe as a result of the language.

I have been listening using muscle for life/legion for a year now. It has drastically changed my life. I will post photos of my change soon. Mr Mike Matthew recommends books to read, teach you how to lift and is really a sincere guy. I want to be like Mr Mike Matthews.
