Mike always has very factual & informative data to share & this one was very helpful particularly on how much zone 2 & high intensity cardio one should or could do in a week for health & also to not hinder your strength training.

Just when you think you have everything figured out...life happens and your workout routine goes out the window. Skip the all or nothing mentallity, plan in advance and do what you can with what you have. This one is a bit long but is worth checking out!
